    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is the on/off switch button spring (Part #PC1) for Clean Obsessed canister vacuums. The small coil spring sits behind the power button and provides the return tension that lets the switch click positively and pop back after each press, so the rocker doesn't stick or feel mushy.

    It is a direct replacement for the original spring used in the Clean Obsessed CO763 and CO888 canisters, and it also fits the closely related Perfect C103 canister, which shares the same switch housing.
