Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Monitoring the fresh water tank on the HiZero F803 Bionic Mop, this replacement clean water sensor (part #3400002401) uses two detection points to track the water level. It tells the machine when clean water is present and when the tank runs low.

A sensor that fails can misread the level, so the machine may stop feeding water, run dry, or report an empty tank that is actually full. Fitting the correct two-point sensor restores accurate level detection and consistent mopping.
