Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement clear internal hose assembly (part #10-6200-01) fits the Dyson DC04, DC07, DC14, and DC33 uprights. The internal hose links the lower intake to the dust compartment inside the machine.

A cracked internal hose leaks air where you cannot easily see it, which shows up as lost suction or a whistling sound during use. Because the leak sits inside the airway, cleaning suffers even when the external hose is fine. A sound replacement reseals the path and restores strong suction.
