Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement clevis pin (Part #R5652B) fits the pivot arm on the Rexair Rainbow PN-2E and PN-3 power nozzles. The pin holds the pivot arm to the nozzle, forming the hinge that lets the nozzle angle and follow the floor.

A clevis pin that has worn, bent, or worked loose introduces play in the pivot, so the nozzle rocks or fails to hold its angle as you clean. A missing pin lets the arm separate from the nozzle entirely. Fitting the correct pin restores a solid, properly hinged connection.
