Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Eureka Zuum central vacuum, model 2364, uses this cloth filter, part 110359, as its main dust barrier. Everything the system picks up travels through it before the air reaches the motor and the exhaust.

Cloth filters clog from the inside out. Fine dust and dander embed in the weave, airflow through the power unit falls, and the hose that used to pick grit off a doormat starts leaving it behind. Left long enough, the restricted airflow means less cooling air over the motor as well.

Most households get three to six months from a filter before performance tails off, and the easiest habit is to check it each time you empty the canister. Installation needs no tools. Verify that your Eureka power unit is the 2364 Zuum before ordering.
