Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This commercial buffer pad holder (Part #691) is the driver that mounts a floor pad to a rotary buffer or low-speed floor machine. It features a left-hand twist locking mechanism, so the holder threads onto the machine spindle and tightens in the proper direction for left-rotation drive systems, holding the pad securely under load.

The pad holder grips standard floor pads with a gripping face that bites into the pad backing, transferring torque from the machine evenly across the surface for consistent buffing, scrubbing, and polishing results. Replacing a worn or stripped pad driver restores positive pad retention and eliminates pad slippage.
