We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part -455 is a right-hand twist pad retainer for high-speed commercial floor machines.

The retainer locks a buffing or polishing pad to the driver so it stays centered while the machine runs at operating speed. A worn or missing retainer lets the pad walk off center or spin loose, which shows up as swirl marks or an uneven finish on the floor. The twist-lock style also makes pad changes quick, since a partial turn releases the old pad without tools.

Check that your machine's driver uses a right-hand twist pad system before ordering, since floor machines also use left-hand and center-lock styles.
