Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This FitAll commercial hose end is a 2 inch crushproof cuff that repairs or upgrades the connection at the end of a vacuum hose. It provides a secure link between the hose and a wand or the machine inlet.

A worn or cracked cuff lets air leak at the joint and drops suction right where the hose meets the tool. Fitting a fresh crushproof end restores a tight seal and a solid mechanical grip, so the hose couples firmly and airflow holds.
