Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This black container top is a compatible replacement lid for the Koblenz P2500 and P2600, also matched to Koblenz 130865. The top seals the collection tank during operation, closing over the container so the machine can hold suction and keep collected material contained.

A container top can crack or warp with age and rough handling, and a distorted lid no longer seals against the tank. Once the seal is broken, suction leaks and debris or fluid can spill from the top. Fitting a fresh top restores the airtight closure the tank needs and keeps the contents where they belong.
