    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This cord strap, part #CS711, is the small but essential accessory that holds the electric cord neatly against the vacuum hose. By bundling the power cord to the hose, the strap keeps the cord from dangling, snagging on furniture, or getting underfoot while you clean, which both protects the cord and makes the wand easier to handle.

    It is one of the components used in the BCPAK1 kit for the CO711 backpack vacuum, so it's the correct replacement when a strap is lost or worn out on that hose assembly.
