Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Core Plus II Enzyme Odor & Stain Dissolver (part #P2-100) is a biologically active cleaner in a 16 oz squeeze bottle. It contains five specialized bacillus species that break down organic spots and odors at their source rather than covering them.

Masking sprays leave the underlying organic matter behind, so smells return once the fragrance fades. The enzymes in this 8.5 pH formula digest oily grease, feces and urine, musty mildew, smoke, vomit, and similar organic buildup so the odor is eliminated.
