Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Built around quaternary ammonium with built-in odor counteractants, the Core Rid'z Mango Tango Odor Concentrate (Item #UKO-512) is a 32 oz multi-purpose liquid cleaner and deodorizer. The counteractants eliminate odors at their source, and the formula leaves no soapy or slippery residue behind.

Odor molecules cling to carpet, upholstery, and hard surfaces and keep returning until they are broken down rather than masked. This VOC-compliant super concentrate traps and eliminates those molecules, restoring a clean mango scent to the space you treat.
