We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Core Rid'z Red Hot Cinnamon Odor Concentrate is a 32-ounce super-concentrate deodorizer that eliminates odors at the source using built-in odor counteractants. It leaves a warm cinnamon fragrance behind and is designed for a wide range of cleaning and deodorizing tasks.

Masking sprays only cover smells for a short while, but a counteractant-based concentrate neutralizes the odor itself for longer-lasting freshness. Because it is a super concentrate, just half an ounce per gallon of water goes to work, making it economical for routine use across large areas.

  • Function: super-concentrate deodorizer with built-in odor counteractants
  • Use: dilute at roughly 1/2 ounce per gallon of water
  • Works for: damp mopping, carpet shampooing, spraying or misting, and portable toilet maintenance
