Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

A large cotton mop cover for Vapamore steam mops, part 24FS, sold individually. It fits the original-style floor heads on the MR-100 Primo, the MR-1000 Forza and the MR-750 Ottimo.

The cover is the part that actually touches the floor. Steam comes through it, the cotton holds the moisture, and the pile does the wiping, so as the fibers wear flat and the weave loads with grime the head stops lifting anything. It pushes a thin film around instead and leaves streaks that dry back in. Covers also stiffen and discolor over time where the water is hard.

Slip a fresh one over the head and it is ready to run. Keeping a second on hand is worth it for larger floors, since changing to a clean cover halfway through does more for the finish than any amount of extra steam.
