Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part RH2000-P203 is the replacement crevice tool for the Readivac RH2000 Storm hand vacuum, a narrow nozzle attachment for the spots a hand vacuum is meant to reach in the first place.

Two things usually bring people to this part. Either the original went missing, since a small tool like this rarely stays attached to anything, or the fitting end split and it stopped staying seated mid-job.

This nozzle earns its keep in the small, awkward spots a hand vacuum is meant for: dashboard vents, door tracks, the notch where a car seat meets the console, and the narrow strip beside a couch cushion. A tight seat matters more here than on a full-size vacuum, since a small hand unit has little airflow to spare if any of it leaks at the joint.

Before ordering, compare the fitting on the tool you are replacing against the machine it goes onto, since a mismatch there is the most common reason a new attachment does not seat the way the original one did.
