Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Thirty-five feet of gray crushproof hose with a cuff at each end and a convert coupling, part 050798, for Beam central vacuum systems. The length is the point: it reaches across most floors from a single inlet, which is why 35 feet is the standard choice in larger homes.

Crushproof construction is the other half of the story. The wall of this hose resists collapsing when it is stood on or pulled hard around a corner, the two things that finish off an ordinary hose, and a hose that will not kink keeps its airflow when it matters.

It is listed for the Beam 1163. Replace when the existing hose shows splits along the corrugation, cracks at either cuff, or a persistent drop in suction that a clean filter does not explain. Check your inlet coupling style before ordering so the fitting matches the system you have.
