Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This cuff housing (part #805889) is a replacement end fitting for the Hayden Super Hose III central vacuum hose. The cuff is the molded connector that joins the hose to the wall inlet or wand, holding the airway sealed at the connection point.

A cracked or broken cuff housing lets air leak at the joint, which drops suction at the cleaning head and can make the hose slip loose during use. Installing a fresh cuff restores a firm, airtight connection between the hose and the tool.
