Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement curved hose end (part #32-1395-94) is a 1.25 inch metal fitting in white, supplied with a repair kit. It fits onto the machine end of a vacuum hose and connects the hose to the vacuum body or wand.

Hose ends flex with every use and eventually crack or work loose, letting air escape and cutting suction at the tool. Fitting this metal end with the included kit restores a tight, sealed connection and brings the airflow back to full.
