Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Add or replace a wall suction port with the Deco Inlet Valve in Almond (Part #TF040103). This is the wall-mounted valve where you plug in your central vacuum hose — the spring-loaded door seals the line when not in use and engages the low-voltage contacts that switch the power unit on as soon as the hose is inserted.

Built from sturdy almond plastic, the warm neutral tone blends with beige, tan, and cream wall finishes commonly found in older and traditional homes. It mounts to standard central vacuum rough-in tubing and electrical mounting plates.
