Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The deluxe attachment kit (Part #32-4906-66) equips Panasonic and Sharp vacuums for above-floor cleaning with a 12-foot wire-reinforced hose, a hand-held dust brush, and additional tools. The extra-long hose reaches stairs, ceilings, and other awkward spots without repositioning the vacuum. Wire construction keeps the hose from kinking or crushing during use. It is also cataloged as alternate kit #32-4903-64.

When a vacuum lacks attachments or pieces have gone missing, above-floor jobs go undone and dust builds where the floor head cannot reach. A complete kit closes those gaps in one purchase. The long hose in particular makes tall and distant spots easy to reach.
