Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 1660125000 is the dirty water tank filter for Dirt Devil Easy Steamer carpet cleaners, fitting the CE6600, CE6605 and CE6680V. It screens the recovery stream before the water reaches the tank, catching the carpet fibre, hair and grit that would otherwise end up in the plumbing.

A blinded filter is the usual reason an Easy Steamer stops picking water back up. You clean a section, the machine sounds exactly as it always did, and the carpet is still soaked ten minutes later because recovery has slowed to a trickle. Dirty water backing up around the tank rather than draining into it points the same way.

The filter lifts out of its housing without tools, so pull and rinse it every few tanks and replace it once the mesh is stained through or torn.
