Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM Dirt Devil cyclone filter holder (Part #2SW2435000) fits the Dirt Devil 084505, 084506, and 084507 Royal broom vacuums. The holder secures the cyclonic filter in place so air passes through it correctly on its way through the machine.

If the holder cracks or fails to seat the filter squarely, unfiltered air can bypass the element, letting dust through and weakening suction. A sound factory holder keeps the filter positioned for proper airflow and particle capture.
