We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 1700730600 is the handle grip from the dirty water tank on Dirt Devil's carpet cleaners. It fits the CE7100 and the related CE6200, CE6300, CE7300, CE7350 and CE7450, sold variously under the Royal, Dirt Devil and Vax names.

The grip gets used on every cycle: fill, clean, carry the full recovery tank to the sink, empty, repeat. That is the whole weight of a tank of dirty water through one small plastic handle, several times a job, so grips crack at their mounting points or work loose long before anything else on the tank fails.

Make sure the replacement is fully seated before you pick a full tank up by it. A grip that is not properly home will let go at exactly the wrong moment.
