We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the knurled-style 671-7710 brush roll belt for Dirt Devil and Royal upright vacuums, part 1672260001. The surface has a ribbed, gripping texture rather than a smooth flat face, which is the detail worth checking before you order since Royal uprights used more than one belt style across their lineup.
It fits the Dirt Devil SD40020 and a long run of Royal uprights: the 089000, 1018Z, 1020, 1025, 1028Z, 1030Z, 1030DZ, 1038Z, 1058Z and 1059Z, the 2000, 2008, 2075 and 2075RH, the 3000 and 3008, the 4000 and 4000RH, the 89130C, 89135C, 89137 and 97001, the CR5128Z, CR5130Z and CR5158Z, and the RY3050, RY8100, RY8200, RY8300, RY8400, RY8500 and RY8600. The SR30017 and UR38200 take the same belt.
A brush roll belt like this one carries constant tension against a spinning shaft, so it wears from the inside first. The rubber glazes, the knurled ribs round off, and the belt starts slipping under load before it ever visibly frays. The tell is a brush roll that spins fine with the machine tipped up but bogs down or stalls once it is set down on carpet.
