Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The drive gear (Part #121840-01) is a replacement gear for the Wessel Werk 280 power nozzle, cross-referenced to the Wessel Werk 8002. The gear transfers rotation from the nozzle's motor to the brush roll, keeping the agitator turning so the brush can lift dirt from carpet.

A cracked or stripped drive gear slips or stops turning the brush roll, which leaves the agitator dead even while the motor runs. Fitting a fresh gear re-establishes the drive and returns the power nozzle to full carpet agitation.
