Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. For a black upright the bag compartment is 5763SW — the housing supplied whole, with its bumper in place. SEBO lists it against one machine only, the AUTOMATIC X4.

Storage is the least of what this part does. It squares the bag collar to the inlet and gives the catch a rigid shell to pull tight, so the seal holds while the motor is drawing hard. Once a stress crack opens, or the catch loses its grip, suction at the nozzle tails off and fine dust starts gathering inside the machine's shell, on a path that ends at the motor. None of that is visible from outside, which is why a compartment that no longer shuts with a solid sound deserves inspection rather than another new bag.
