Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement dust packing seals the dust collection path in the Kenmore upright, fitting a broad range of 116-series models, including 116.30611000C through 116.30611003C, 116.30613000C through 116.30613004C, the 116.31040900 through 116.31040907 series, 116.31811010, 116.39050900, and 116.39055900. It closes the gaps where fine dust could otherwise slip past.

A worn or compressed packing lets dust leak out during vacuuming and bleeds away suction at the same time. Fitting fresh packing reseals the collection system so airflow stays strong and dirt stays where it belongs.
