Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This blue cyclone release catch (Part #10-7820-01) restores a reliable bin release on your Dyson handheld and comes with its spring. It fits the Dyson DC30, DC31, DC34, and DC35 handhelds and the DC44, DC45, DC56, and DC57 handhelds.

As the catch wears, the bin release turns unreliable, popping open in the middle of cleaning or refusing to latch shut. Neither is workable when you are trying to empty or run the machine. The replacement catch and spring bring back the positive click that keeps the cyclone assembly locked in place until you choose to release it.
