Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This wheel and axle kit (Part #10-7202-02) replaces the bottom plate wheels on your Dyson DC07 and comes as a four-pack of wheels with axles. It fits the DC07 bagless upright bottom plate and covers all four wheel positions at once.

Worn or missing bottom-plate wheels let the cleaner head drag on the floor, which scratches hard surfaces and makes the vacuum harder to push. Replacing all four together restores smooth rolling contact across the head, so it glides instead of scraping. That protects your floors and takes the effort out of each pass.
