Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement filter lid pad (Part #10-2302-03) is the small foam pad that seats inside the filter lid of the Dyson DC07 upright vacuum. It acts as a secondary filtration layer, catching fine dust that would otherwise pass through and reach the post-motor filter or motor itself. Because it sits in a high-airflow area, the pad gradually grays and stiffens with trapped debris, and a worn pad lets more dirt slip past.
