We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These motor carbon brushes (Part #10-8400-01) come as a spring-loaded pair for your Dyson DC07 and fit the DC07 bagless upright. They ride against the motor commutator to carry current into the spinning armature.

As the carbon wears down, the brushes lose steady contact and the motor begins to spark, lose power, or stop running altogether. Left too long, poor brush contact can damage the commutator itself. Fitting a fresh pair restores clean, consistent contact so the motor runs smoothly at full suction again.
