Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Dyson DC15 HEPA filter (Part #10-2327-02) is a replacement post-cyclone filter for the DC15 bagless upright. It captures fine dust and allergens on the exhaust side of the machine so the air leaving the vacuum stays clean.

Over months of use the filter media loads with trapped particles and begins to choke airflow. A saturated filter makes the motor run hot and drops suction at the floor, and it can push a stale smell back into the room. Fitting a fresh filter restores proper exhaust and returns the DC15 to full pulling power.
