Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The DC17 hose is the flexible reach hose used for above-floor cleaning and as the internal air path to the cyclone; cracks, splits, or a torn cuff at either end will cause weak pickup, loss of suction at the wand, and air leaks.

This complete assembly arrives with the fittings already attached, so it installs as a direct swap for the worn original. The hose is built from flexible, kink-resistant material sized to the DC17 routing for a secure, leak-free seal at both ends.
