Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Dyson DC18 post-motor filter (Part #10-2317-02) is a HEPA-grade replacement filter for the DC18 upright, positioned after the motor as the last stage of filtration before air returns to the room. It replaces Dyson OEM #911677-02.

Because it is the final filter, it is critical for allergy and asthma sufferers who need the exhaust kept clean. A clogged HEPA filter restricts airflow and forces the motor to work harder, and it can trigger the machine's thermal cutoff. A fresh filter restores full airflow and clean exhaust.
