Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Dyson DC24 on-board hose assembly (Part #10-1108-28) is a gray replacement attachment hose for the DC24 upright. Its color matches the original, and it fits precisely into the DC24 housing to carry suction to the on-board tools.

When the internal hose cracks, splits, or loses its seal, the vacuum leaks air and loses suction, and it can scatter debris instead of collecting it. The leak often hides inside the housing, so suction fades even after you clear filters and the bin. A fresh hose restores the sealed airpath and returns the DC24 to full pickup.
