Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

DVCF910 is the replacement pre-motor filter for the Dyson DC24 upright vacuum. It sits ahead of the motor, keeping fine dust out of the motor housing as air moves through the machine.

A pre-motor filter that has loaded up with dust is one of the first places suction loss shows up on this machine, often well before the bin looks anywhere near full. Checking it is the quickest first step when cleaning performance starts to feel weaker than it used to, and it costs nothing but a minute to pull the filter and look at it.
