    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The lower duct hose is the short flexible section that carries airflow from the cleaner head up into the machine through the ball joint. Because it flexes every time the DC25 steers, it is one of the first hoses to split or perish, causing a sudden drop in brush-bar suction.
