Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Dyson sole plate is the lower face of the cleaner head on the Dyson DC28 upright vacuum. The sole plate clips over the base of the powered nozzle, retaining the brush bar while creating the air channels that pull dirt up into the machine. A worn, warped or cracked sole plate can leave the brush bar exposed, reduce edge cleaning, or let the head scrape the floor.
