Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part DVCF906 is a HEPA filter for the Dyson DC33 upright vacuum, fitted at the post-motor stage where it is the last filtration step before air leaves the machine. Because it filters at that final stage, this is the filter that most affects the quality of the exhaust air, not the incoming suction.

A post-motor filter that has aged or become saturated lets more of the very fine dust and odor through the exhaust instead of holding onto it, which is most noticeable if you or someone in the home is sensitive to dust while vacuuming. Suction itself is usually less affected by this filter than by the pre-motor stage, so this is worth checking specifically when exhaust air quality is the concern.
