Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These replacement red button release catch clips secure the cyclone assembly to the Dyson DC41 and DC43 upright vacuums. The clips form the spring-loaded latch behind the red release button that locks the dust bin and cyclone onto the body, and they are a common wear point that cracks or weakens after repeated bin emptying, leaving the cyclone loose or refusing to seat.
