Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part FIL-DC41PRE is a pre-motor filter for six Dyson upright vacuum models. It sits just ahead of the motor and catches fine dust and grit before air reaches it, which is what keeps suction consistent from the first pass to the last.

This filter is built for the Dyson DC41, DC46, DC65, DC66, UP13 and UP20 uprights. If cleaning power has dropped off after you have already emptied the bin, a pre-motor filter that has loaded up with dust is usually the first thing worth checking.
