    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This genuine Dyson yoke assembly is the structural pivot that connects the cleaner head to the Ball and main body on the Dyson DC41 upright vacuum. The yoke carries the steering and tilt motion of the machine while routing the airpath toward the cyclone, so a cracked or worn yoke can cause poor steering, a loose or wobbling head, or air leaks at the joint.
