Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A clogged HEPA filter is one of the more common reasons a Dyson Big Ball loses filtration quality even while the bin looks fine. Part #12-1200-75 is the replacement HEPA filter for this line.

It fits three Big Ball models, the Dyson DC75, DC77 and UP14, and it cross-references to Dyson part 966977-01. Compare the number printed on your old filter against either of those before ordering, since matching on the machine name alone is not enough to pick the right filter.
