Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This HEPA post-motor filter (Part #10-2361-07) cleans the exhaust air on your Dyson cordless and fits the Dyson V8 Animal, V8 Absolute, V7 (SV10), and SV11. It replaces Dyson part 967478-01 and traps 99.97% of fine particles and allergens.

As the filter clogs or degrades, the machine works harder to pull air through it, which drains the battery faster and cuts suction. Dirty or damaged media can also let allergens back into the room. A fresh filter restores clean exhaust and steady airflow so runtime and pickup return to normal.
