Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Dyson sole plate wheel axle is the pin that holds the glide wheel in the cleaner head, allowing it to spin freely as the head travels across the floor. It is fitted to the Dyson DC35, DC36 and DC41 machines. If the axle wears, bends, or backs out, the sole plate wheel can seize, rattle, or fall away, causing the head to drag and scrape instead of rolling smoothly.
