Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Dyson V6 Absolute electric wand (Part #10-1908-09) is a dark hot pink replacement handle tube for the V6 Absolute cordless vacuum. It carries the electrical connection from the main body to the motorized floor head.

Because the wand routes power to the floor head, a crack or internal wire break means the brush bar will not spin even though the machine still runs. That leaves the floor head cleaning by suction alone. Replacing the wand restores the full powered connection so the motorized head drives the brush again.
