Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Dyson's cordless stick vacuums use a small pre-motor filter to keep dust out of the motor housing, and part #FIL-DC59PRE is the replacement filter across a wide span of that lineup.

The fitment list covers the Dyson V6, V7, V8 and V11, the DC58 and DC59, and machines carrying the SV03, SV04, SV09, SV10 and SV11 codes. Check the model name or code printed on your own machine against that list before you order, rather than judging by the shape of the old filter.
