Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This motorized hard floor nozzle assembly (Part #10-4816-04) fits Dyson V8 and V10 cordless vacuums and drives a soft roller sized for bare floors. The roller lifts fine dust and larger debris at once without scattering particles.

When the original head stops spinning or its roller mats and clogs, bare-floor cleaning turns streaky and debris gets pushed around. A working motorized head restores the driven roller and streak-free pickup.
