Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This medium-gray elbow assembly (Part #9874) is a replacement pivot elbow for Turbo Cat power nozzles and air-driven turbine tools. It forms the swiveling connection between the wand and the nozzle so the head can angle as you clean. Note that it does not include the retaining spring or cap.

The elbow pivots constantly and its plastic joint can crack, wear loose, or seize with age, leaving the nozzle stiff, wobbly, or poorly sealed at the connection. A loose or broken elbow makes the tool awkward to steer and can leak airflow. A fresh elbow restores a snug, smooth-swiveling connection.
