Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Black ElectraValve II, part 775850BLK. This is Canplas and Hayden's direct-connect central vacuum inlet: the hose cuff plugs straight into the valve and the power head draws its power there, which removes the extension cord that older non-electrified inlets forced you to trail across the room.

What separates the II from the inlets it replaced is the E-Box. Instead of a factory lead of fixed length, the installer brings their own 12 or 14 gauge wire and cuts it to the run, so there is less waste on a long pull and no splice on a short one. The valve is ETL approved and made in Canada.

Before ordering, check what is behind the wall. This new-style inlet is not compatible with old-style rough-in kits that shipped with romex already attached, and that mismatch is the most common reason one of these goes back in the box.
